We recently went to bakery to make pastry purchase as host gift for a dinner we were going to. we had been to this bakery several times. We had issue with service we git not understanding our request. Secondly, I can't explain how disgusted we were in the presentation of the macaroons we bought!! There was no way they we re presentable to bring where we were going for dinner. I took photos of them. I messaged & called and sent message via social media and NO ONE has had the courtesy to call me back. I called & requested Management & never available to take my call!!! So disappointed I will never go to Britannia Italian Bakery again. Terrible Customer Service & no courtesy to take responsibility on their part. Very Disappointed!! Pictures will be posted so everyone can see!! I've waited over almost 2 months since orginal nessage sent.

In restaurants, pizza can be baked in an oven with stone bricks above the heat source, an electric deck oven…

We serve the freshest, delicious, amazing coffee. Our coffee beans are imported from some of richest coffee-growing countries in the world.
